Thank you for considering BENJOY for your customized soft toys and child care articles.

To initiate the manufacturing process and for us to provide you with the exact manufacturing price, kindly fill-up the form and submit the following:

1. High resolution images of your design, preferably at different angles (front and back). State the measurements in centimeters and provide the required colors using Pantone Codes (if there are specific brand colors required).  

2. Logos and other markings that will be printed or embroidered on the item (if any).

3. Design and layout of tags and/or labels (if any) that will be attached on the item.  

4. Copy of deposit slip / bank transaction receipt for the payment of Prototype Development Fees.

We will produce a prototype of your customized item within 15 to 30 days after receipt of payment of Prototyping Fees. You may request for adjustments on the prototype if there are features that have not met the required design specification. However, revisions and modifications of the design will entail additional fees. Prototype development fees are as follows:

• Prototype Development Fee for items below 50 cm: Php 3,000

• Prototype Development Fee for items above 50 cm up to 92 cm: Php 5,000

• Prototype Development Fee for items above 92 cm: To be determined according to estimated weight

• Revision / Modification Fees (these are major changes from original design specifications): Php 1,000

• Minor adjustments and requests for corrections are free of charge.

• We offer adjusted rates for multiple designs. Kindly coordinate with our representative for the price.  

Adjustments, revisions, and modifications will take up to 5 to 10 additional working days.

PLEASE READ

Procedures and conditions on Prototype Development:

1. We will only produce one prototype sample of your item.

2. Prototype making will commence upon receipt of the proof of payment of Prototype Development Fees.

3. The buyer may inspect the finished prototype and either approve, request for adjustments, or request for revision and return the prototype sample once inspected. 

4. Once the prototype sample is approved with no further adjustments, the buyer must sign the prototype with permanent marker to indicate acceptance of the final prototype and return the prototype sample to BENJOY for pricing and issuance of manufacturing price quote based on the desired quantity. 

5. The Prototype shall serve as the production copy of the item and should be returned to BENJOY. 

6. The Official Price Quote for manufacturing will be issued immediately for the buyer's approval.

7. Production shall commence upon submission of a Purchase Order and payment of 50% of the total production cost.

8. Full payment of the production cost shall be made upon completion and prior to delivery of the items. If items manufactured are 1000 pcs and above, the Prototype Development Fees are discounted from the full payment. 

9. Manufacturing lead time is 60 - 90 days.

You may request for adjustments if there are features that have not met your required design specifications. Adjustments are included in the fee. However, a total revision or major modification of the design will entail additional fees. (Note: Lead time could possibly extend depending on the availability and sourcing of specified materials).
